This is the most fundamental care we feel we can offer you to make your home feel more safe and secure whilst you are away. For this, you can register us as a key holder for your property, to your alarm company and/or the police.

The Key Care Service includes 12 external inspections which involves walking around the property area looking for any external signs of damage which are visible from ground level. We will also report any obvious signs that the property is unoccupied. A brief summary report will be sent back to you

Security Care Service

The Security Care Service involves a detailed 1 hour inspection of the property internally. We will be looking for signs of any arising maintenance issues. A detailed report, including any recommendations of work, will be sent to you after the visit. We recommend these visits to be carried out every month and therefore with the external inspection we will be visiting the property almost every two weeks.
