The Welcome pack is always a nice touch for your guests, and an essential nowadays for property that is rated four or five star with the tourist board. Our packs can be tailored to whatever you want to put in them to greet your guests and make them feel immediately at home.

The Tourist Board Rating

If you do want to consider letting your retreat to holiday guests, we can help with the all important tourist board rating scheme. We have many years experience in this area, and can make sure that you include all those little extras that ensure your retreat receives the desired rating level.

Grocery Deliveries

Whether it is for you or your guests, there is nothing better than arriving to a well stocked fridge, so you can enjoy your retreat from the moment you arrive. If you order your goods on-line, we will take delivery of them at your property. We can also deliver, and put away a pre-agreed basic shop before your arrival.

The Meet and Greet

Again, if you are letting your retreat, your guests may request that someone meet them at the property. We can arrange for someone to be on site at the required time and introduce your guests to the property.

Access to your property

As keyholders to your property, we are available to provide pre-arranged access to your property for trades, organised deliveries etc. Where we are able, we can also provide short notice callouts.
