Both Deborah and Marianne understand the pressures of a busy lifestyle and the value of being able to spend time to relax in your own home. Both have families of their own. Deborah has had a successful career in Human Resource Management as well as having run a business in the self-catering holiday home market with her husband for serveral years. Marianne's career has been largely in the marketing and advertising industry where she has been involved with many growing businesses, helping them to establish their position in the market place and building strong customer relationships.
